Our heartiest congratulations to Dr Chithra Ramakrishnan on the official launch of British Carnatic Choir on 12th June 2015. The British Carnatic Choir is a novel concept providing a unique platform to all singers of all ages from diverse communities who are able to showcase their talents. The British Carnatic Choir will foster self esteem, respect, teamwork, understanding, togetherness, community cohesion and enjoyment especially among the younger generation, which is most needed for a healthy, peaceful and tolerant society. The BCC will provide joy to both performers and audiences at present and in the years to come. We wish the British Carnatic Choir a great success and glorious future.
